Prince George’s County Energy Manager Appointed to NACEPT

On May 6, 2014, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Gina McCarthy appointed Ms. Erica Bannerman, Energy Manger with Prince George’s County Office of Central Services to serve on the National Advisory Council for Environmental Policy and Technology (NACEPT) for a two-year term. The EPA established NACEPT in 1998 to provide independent advise to the EPA Administrator on a broad range of environmental, sustainability, energy, management, and technology issues. Council members serve as representatives from business and industry, academia, nongovernmental organizations and state, tribal, and local governments. Ms. Bannerman will represent the interest of Prince George’s County and local governments.
